Apartamento con balcón y resaca en el Museo Deutsches Wohnung mit Balkon & Kater beim Deutschen Museum zur Zwischenmiete

Hallo zusammen,

meine Partnerin und ich vermieten unsere Wohnung, während wir unsere Elternzeit im Ausland verbringen.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, aber ruhig in einem Hinterhof. Zur Isar sind es etwa 3 Minuten zu Fuß, zur S-Bahn Isartor etwa 5 Minuten.

Im Schlafzimmer gibt es ein 160-cm-Bett und einen Schreibtisch. Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig und hat ein (Schlaf-)Sofa sowie einen Balkon ins Grüne zum Auer Mühlbach. Dort gibt es eine Sitzbank und einen Tisch, perfekt zum Morgensonne tanken. Die Küche ist mit allem Üblichen ausgestattet. Ihr könnt natürlich auch gerne unsere Kaffee- und Espressomaschine benutzen.

Das Wichtigste: Zu unserer Wohnung gehören auch unsere beiden Kater Jerry und Morty. Jerry ist etwa 4 Jahre alt und sehr entspannt. Morty ist etwa 1,5 Jahre alt, etwas verspielter und kuschelt sehr gerne. Die beiden sind dank Futterautomat ziemlich unkompliziert und selbstständig. Wir würden uns freuen, die Wohnung an jemanden zu vermieten, der Katzen gerne mag, die Gesellschaft von Jerry und Morty genießt und sich während des Aufenthalts liebevoll um die beiden kümmert. Falls ihr zwischendurch ein paar Tage oder auch länger verreisen möchtet, können wir für diese Zeit auch eine Betreuung für die Katzen organisieren.

Der Preis wäre 900 Euro pro Monat. Falls ihr nicht den gesamten Zeitraum bleiben könnt oder möchtet, sind wir auch bei einem kürzeren Aufenthalt flexibel.

PS: Die Einrichtung kann sich noch ein bisschen verändern. Wir sind gerade noch halb im Einrichtungs-/Baustellenmodus.

My partner and I are subletting our apartment while we spend part of our parental leave abroad.

The flat is very central but quietly located in a courtyard, just around the corner from the Isar and Deutsches Museum. It is about a 5-minute walk to Isartor S-Bahn station.

The bedroom has a 160 cm bed and a desk for working. The living room is spacious, with a sofa bed and a balcony overlooking the greenery along the Auer Mühlbach. There is a table and bench outside, perfect for enjoying the morning sun. The kitchen has everything you would expect, including a coffee machine and an espresso machine for the coffee lovers out there.

Last, but certainly not least, there are Jerry and Morty! Jerry is about 4 years old, very relaxed, and loves a good cuddle in the mornings and afternoons. Morty is about 1.5 years old, has a bit more energy, and is also a big fan of cuddles. They are fairly self-sufficient and have an automatic feeder. We would love to sublet our apartment to someone who likes cats, enjoys their company, and is happy to take good care of them while staying here. If you want to travel for a few days or longer during your stay, we can also arrange a cat sitter, and our neighbours are usually happy to take over for a couple of days.

We ask for €900 per month while we are away. We are flexible, so if you cannot stay for the entire period and would prefer a shorter stay, we can adjust the price accordingly.

Note that some of the furniture might still change or improve a little. We are still in the process of settling in.
