Die Wohnung ist hell und gemütlich: Küche (keine Spülmaschine, aber Waschmaschine), Bad mit Fenster und Wanne und Dusche, Internet, Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zum riesigen Balkon und Schlafcouch (2. Personen) und Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett). Alle Räumlichkeiten haben Fenster nach außen. 4. Stock mit Aufzug. Ausrichtung Südost. Möbliert

Die Lage ist großartig, Bus direkt vor der Haustür (zwei Linien), man ist in 15min mit dem Bus in der Stadt bzw. Bahnhof, TKMax, Cano ShoppingCenter, usw. Rewe ist auch direkt hier, zu Fuß 5min. Wenn man aus der Haustür raus läuft und in die Natur möchte, komm man in 200m im Wald. Radwege gibt es auch vor der Tür. Park und Spielplatz um die Ecke. Öffentliche Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Tür (kostenlos). Bodensee 10 km entfernt (Radolfzell), Konstanz ist 35 km von Singen.
