3Floors Designer Apartment to be shared (Vondelpark)

I rent a 3-Floors’ apartment which is situated directly on the Vondelpark (Overtoom) and I’d like to share it with another reliable person;

You could move in on the 23-Jan-2010. The rent will be 750 EUR per month incl all utilities incl. WLAN (excl. cleaning :o)

I know it’s very expensive, but to be honest, all my guests said that I have one of the most beautiful apartments in Amsterdam :o) (It’s a designer apartment, highest standard in kitchen, bathroom )

About the apartment:
FIRST FLOOR: Your room (sth about 25 sqm) is fully & modern furnitured incl. office, desk, double-bed & mattress and (very) big wardrobes. There is also our bathroom incl washing machine & dryer
SECOND FLOOR: You will find my room, our (very) big kitchen and a big chilling / eating place outside and inside and another toilette.
THIRD FLOOR: We have a very big balcony on the roof with a view over Amsterdam / Vondelpark (about 70 sqm)

Restrictions?
I prefer having a social person / friend and not a “hotel guest”. This means, we will agree an evening for chatting.
