Hi, I'm looking for someone to sublet my room for a room in Oberschoneweide, Plonzeile street 12459 in Berlin from mid-January to early March because I'm going on a trip

It is a very large room with all Kinds of comforts in a shared apartment where there are 2 pleasant, young and quiet roommates.

- 1 large fully equipped kitchen +1 bathroom

- Smoking allowed in my room

- The apartment is located in Oberschoneweide, Plonzeile street 12459 (Kopenick)

- 2 minutes from the entrance of the house there is a tram stop that 5 minutes is the Schoneweide metro S7 and S9, in 20 minutes you are in WarschauerStrase, in the city center and with possible connection to any place with ease)
- In 5 minutes on foot is Edeka, Penny Lidel and 2 minutes various Spätkauft, etc.

- You have a huge forest behind the house, Wulheide to run, exercise, clear your head, etc. It's beautiful I love it.

- In my room it is equipped with 2 televisions, a Ps4, a large study table, a giant mirror with LED, acoustically treated in case you make music, as in my case. (everything you see in the photos goes tomy cellar and you will have all the space for your own clothes, as well as the shelves in the photos)

*. I want a person who will be there for the full 45/50 days, it is a month and a half in which if you don't have anything better, it gives you many options to find your final place in the meantime.

*Full sublet with additional expenses, electricity, €500 per month for 45 days, I leave them for €720 plus 600 deposit that they will immediately returned when u left the property and checked nothing is damaged, and we sign a formal contract to protect both parts and do it professionally
