Fully furnished 3-room apartment on two levels located in an elegant building in the respectful area of Charlottenburg
The contempory modern living space has been designed and custom crafted by an italian architect and boasts a few details that give an innovative flair: imported floor tiles, wooden/iron stairs, design spotlights, an archway passage, a thick glass window in the bedroom, recurring grey details, and much more .
The very spacious and modern kitchen/living room is equipped with everything is needed for relaxing, cooking and eating: large sofa, glass table, american coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, oven, fridge with refrigerator, cutlery, pots and pans and so on. The bathroom offers two useful cabinets, a modern shower at ground level, a top-loader washing machine. In the bedroom you find a double wardrobe (IKEA Pax), a comfortable double bed and a bed side table. The lower ground is a special quiet room where you can work and relax: there's a 5-door wardrobe, double bed with bed side table, large desk and a comfortable chair. Altough located above ground, daylight come in from 2 windows and there is absolutely no danger of mould or else.
The neighbourhood is quiet and respectful, with many green areas, especially the elegant and renomated park with the lake LIETZEN SEE. Just around the corner you can find cafés, local shops and restaurants, as well as supermarkets at walking distance (EDEKA and LIDL).
The address Suarezstr.44 is easily reachable by car via the city-highway and is well-served by public transportation. The closest station "Berlin Charlottenburg" offers both regional connections and local trains with the historic elevated central line leading to Zoologischer Garten, Hauptbahnhof, Alexander Platz, etc. In the nearby main street "Neue Kantstr." there are bus stops for the lines M49, X49 and X34
The internet connection with provider Vodafone is fast, reliable, flatrate and wireless.
The registration to the authorities is possible (Anmeldung). If this will be requested, you will be asked by the authorities to pay a residential tax called GEZ for the apartment (issued with a personal specific number valid in all apartments in Germany where you will live; it is not anymore a tax related to television and radio).
