Hermannstrasse 1 min! For artists and musicians' holiday

I'd like to offer you a small atelier standing behind the front apartment building, during my absence.
As 2 Floors of small house, it is independent from the flats, it is equipped a refregerator, a wash machine, a heater, a small kitchen, teawares, WLAN, two beds, a mat, a couch(spring is bad), blankets, a shower and toilet.

I should write about the bad points about the house at first.
If the weather gets bad as it goes under minus, it may be really cold, though it has a strong heater by SEAMENS on the ground floor. I am not sure whether you can put it on, or not.
The shower is so easily stuffed that chemical staffs are necessary, to desolve and remove it, at least once in a week.
The neighbors are nice people, but very sensitive. If you make big noises, they will call police.
It is absolutely not suitable for couples who are willing to spend sweet and hot holidays in Berlin.

But, there are also good points, especially if you want to go on your creating work or reharsals there.
Because the floor is covered of tiles and it is apart from other flats of the apartment, for artists and musicians(acoustic instruments only), it can be a good atelier or "Proberaum", as long as you keep "Ruhe Zeit".

It is such a problematic house, but I love here.
