Gemeinschaftliches Wohnen mit Kindern und Garten

Allein leben ist langweilig! Deshalb suchen Jaron (18 Monate) und ich (35) nette Nachmieter für unsere Mitbewohner, die wir schweren Herzens nach Potsdam weiter ziehen lassen. Wir leben momentan zu fünfeinhalbt (2 Mamas, 3 Kinder, wochenweise ein Papa) in einem Häuschen mit Garten in Rüngsdorf. Wir such Nachmieter ab dem Sommer 2019 (Juli/August).

Es gibt eine gemeinsame Küche, ein großes gemeinsames Wohnzimmer mit Terrasse und Zugang zum Garten und einen geräumigen Keller. Im oberen Stockwerk sind drei Schlafzimmer, die wir flexibel aufteilen können. (Momentan bewohnen Jaron und ich ein Zimmer und meine Mitbewohner die anderen beiden. Ich zahle momentan 550 Euro inclusive aller Nebenkosten, meine Mitbewohner ungefähr das doppelte.) Es gibt außerdem zwei Badezimmer, von denen eines allerdings nur ein recht kleines Besucher-WC ist. Deshalb schielen wir mit einem Auge immer auf den Wohnungsmarkt und überlegen ggf. nochmal umzuziehen, vielleicht auch etwas stadtnaher. Durch den job-bedingten Wegzug meiner Mitbewohner sind diese Pläne allerdings erstmal auf Eis gelegt.
Zu unserem Alltag: Jaron geht in die Tagespflege, ich vollzeitnah arbeiten (Wissenschaftsreferentin), wir freuen uns daher vor allem über Gesellschaft am Nachmittag / Abend. Je nach Lust und Laune macht am Wochenende jeder seins oder auch mal alle was zusammen, wir sind da flexibel. Jarons Vater lebt in den USA, insofern sind wir wirklich und auf absehbare Zeit nur zu zweit.

Ob wir uns gut verstehen, finden wir am besten bei einem ersten Treffen heraus.

Living alone is just too boring! That's why Jaron (18 months) and I (35) are looking for new tenants to replace our previous flatmates, who are moving on to Potsdam, sadly. The house, a cosy place with garden in Rüngsdorf, is currently occupied by five (and a half) people (2 mums, 3 children, every other week a dad as well). We are looking for someone to move in this summer (July / August 2019).

The house features a shared kitchen, a large communal living room with terrace and access to the garden and a spacious basement, as well as three bedrooms upstairs that we can divide up flexibly. (At the moment, Jaron and I live in one room and my roommates have the other two. My share of the rent including all costs is 550 Euro, my flatmates pay about twice that.) There are also two bathrooms, although one of them is just a small visitor bathroom. That's why we always had an eye on the housing market as well and considered possibly move again, maybe a little closer to the city center. Due to the job-related departure of my flatmates our efforts concerning that have come to a halt, however.

How do we spend our days? Jaron goes to day care and I work a 32 hour week at a research foundation. We'll be good company in the afternoon / evening. With our current flatmates we occasionally go out to do fun stuff on the weekends as well, but that's not a must of course. And just in case you wonder: Jarons father lives in the US, so the boundary conditions are pretty stable from our side.

The best way to find out if we get along is to go and meet certainly. To give you a head's up, however, here's what we offer:
