hello people,
we would like to subrent our beautiful house with 4 rooms for this summer (July and August). It is a beautiful house with a nice kitchen, living room and beautiful garden. There is also the possibility to harvest some of the stuff that we have planted in the garden (tomatoes, salad, potatoes etc.). It is about 8 mins from the UM library with the bike, there is a supermarket nextdoor (lidl) and it is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. It is only 3 minutes to the FHLM/Randwyck faculty!
The rent for the whole house is 1500 € per month (all costs included), which means 375 € per room. We would like to give it to nice people who care about it and also take a bit of care of the garden. It has an automatic watering system but you might have to check and water some plants manually occasionally.

Easy access to the city via bike (you might be able to use some of ours!) Parking infront of the house is difficult since it is only for registered residents. You can, however, park your car close to here for free and walk here within 10 minutes. There are also buses and a stop very close to here.
We also have some chickens in the garden. We have a neighbor who agreed to feed them, if you felt like doing this you could also happily do it! Cheers
