Cozy Room in a Big House(quite area close to center)

Hello dear people! 

My name is Panos and I am sub-tenting my room in our beautiful 2 floor house due to Bike pack travelling from 20th of May till 2nd of July, with the possibility to stay few more days if needed :)

Our house is called Tile-Land(See pictures why) and we live four people all together (me), Nici, Toby and Moe

The house is divided into 2 floors: 

The room is approx. 15m² in size on the second floor. It is furnished and has everything necessary for your stay. There is also a winter garden with access from your own room, the bathroom, another separate toilet, walk-in closet and the room of Toby and Nici.

On the first floor there is the kitchen, Moe's room, a dining room, and a very large living room.

The basement is divided into a laundry room, a pantry, a small "wine bar" and another room that is currently used as an office. 

The house also has a large garden and a large garage.


The 550 euros also includes internet.

Location
The house is located in Salzburg Maxglan in a quiet single-family housing development. It is therefore a little outside the hustle of the city but still quite central to get to the city center quickly by bus, train or bike (approx. 10 minutes drive). 

Buses (1,4,7,9,28) and the S-Bahn are between 5-15 minutes walk away, as are shops (Hofer, Billa, Europark, etc.).

Miscellaneous
Our shared apartment currently consists of: 

Moe, Nici, and Tobi

We like to sit together in the morning for a coffee or in the evening for a delicious meal and a beer or two, play games and/or talk about the day. Our huge living room is of course also very inviting for movie nights together. 

House parties are rare but there is always time for a good event/concert.

Tobi works as a game developer, he likes bouldering, motorcycling, and is always up for a games night. 

Nici works as a caregiver for people with disabilities and in her free time she likes to go hiking or spend time tending the garden.

Moe works in biology and in his free time he enjoys Muy Thai and also some hiking

Since we also have Matze, a cat, living with us, it's best if you aren't allergic to cat hair
