I rent one of my apartments beautiful rooms.
(Edit: At the moment I only rent the large room INCLUDING balcony)
The larger room is spacious, partly furnished and has a balcony - the rent is 640 Euro / month.
The smaller room is also furnished (but no balcony) - its rent is 530 Euro / month.
Minimum rental duration is one month (and up to 2-3 months). I do not immediately rent the room for longer than 1 - 3 months as I do not know exactly how my life develops at the moment. At some point I will probably need both rooms again as I am planning to use the big room myself for setting up a place for tantra-massages (I work as a tantra and meditation teacher). But it is not absolutely certain - it may also develop in a way that I will actually travel and will then actually sub-rent both rooms. So I cannot promise anything longer than til end of july.
Of course you can use the kitchen, the bath and everything else in the apartment.
Anmeldung is unfortunately not possible for such a short period, so if you need a registration, this is unfortunately not for you.
Apart from these points I am rather very easy and uncomplicated to live with. 🙂
