Hello,
you're seeing a room in a living community in a nice location in one of the most beautiful parts of Berlin, which is Köpenick.
The apartment has just been renovated and so far nobody is living there yet. This means you can choose which room you want (the one with or without the balcony). This ad is for the room without balcony. The room with balcony is also 16 square meters large and costs 570 € altogether.
WiFi and electricity are not included, everything else is (warm water, heating, etc.)
Both rooms will be furnitured (though the furniture is not visible on the pictures yet).
The connection to the public transport is extremely good. You have a streetcar and bus station directly in front of the building and another bus line 1 minute around the corner. The S-Bahn station Köpenick is about 500 meters away. Also the picturesque Altstadt (old city) of Köpenick, which is wonderful for relaxing and enjoying the water as well as cafés surrounded by historic buildings, is just a good 2 kilometers from the apartment.
The apartment has a newly installed kitchen and a dishwasher as well as a washing machine, which means all the necessary apartment infrastructure is there.
It's also possible to hang up the washing in the very nice, park-like inner garden of the building complex, which provides a relaxing note to the apartment complex. This fits well to the overall peaceful nature of the area.
