In meiner gr. Whg. wird ab ca. 15.7. bzw 1.8.ein Zimmer frei. Die Wohnung liegt in Kreuzberg, ca. 4 Min. zur U7. Das Zi. ist möbliert mit einem Bett (1,20x2,00 m), einem Schreibtisch, einem Ledersofa, Wandschrank und Teppichen etc.
Auch wenn ich nicht in dem Alter meiner Mitbewohner bin, hatte ich aus 7 Nationen (allein 6 aus Frankreich) schon Mitbewohner und sie haben sich hier wohlgefühlt. Es ist zwar keine Party-WG aber auch keine reine Zweck-WG.
Ich suche eine Person, die absolut zuverlässig ist, da ich manchmal auch Zeit in meinem tiny house außerhalb Berlins verbringe. Du solltest einen Plan haben für Berlin, also Studium, Internship oder einen Job. In meiner gr. Whg. gibt es keine abgeschlossenen Türen, heißt: Vertrauen ist wichtig!!! Miete momentan inkl. allem 460 €.
Bin in jungen Jahren sehr viel gereist und mit unterschiedlichen Kulturen zusammengetroffen, nun aber gerne draußen in der Natur Mecklenburg-Vorpommerns für outdoor Aktivitäten. Ich bin im Sommer ca. 10 Tage im Monat draußen!
Ich mag Literatur, besondere Filme, interessiere mich für das kulturelle und politische Geschehen insbesondere der Länder, die ich bereist habe. Nun liegt mein Fokus auch sehr auf alles was "lebt" (Flora und Fauna). Mein Speiseplan ist überwiegend BIO und ich mag gerne mal einen Kuchen backen!
Ich schätze es sehr, wenn dass Zusammenleben ohne viele Diskussionen über Haushalt und Sauberkeit auskommt. Zwar habe ich keinen festen Putzplan, aber manchmal sage ich: In den nächsten Tagen müssen wir mal wieder durch. Die Fotos sind nicht besonders gut, kann noch neue Bilder schicken per whats up!
Ok, wenn es passt, melde dich möglichst erst mal kurz schriftlich und hinterlasse deine Tel. Normalerweise möchte ich meine(n) neuen Mitbewohner(in) vorab persönlich kennenlernen, also leider mit castings!
Mit Anmeldung nimmt die Hausverwaltung noch monatl. 25 € extra!

I have a room (no smoking in the room, other rooms are okay to smoke), 20 sq. meter, ready-furnished for 460 € (+ security deposit of 800 €) near U7 in Kreuzberg (very central)!
Stay in an old Berlin-house with 125 qm and there are no looked doors. The room has a bed 1,20 x 2,00, there is a leather-couch 2,00 m, cupboard, desk and lots of sun, especially in the morning!
About me: I was travelling a lot (Asia, Amerika…) I’m cosmopolitan and like discussions and I’m curious too. I like literature; sometimes music like green day, vampire weekend, placebo, Rammstein, but also classic; independent movie/low-budget film; I'm interested in nature and wild-life. Here is not a flat-sharing community with lots of party, but it is a good point to start from here. The area around is nice, there is a park (Hasenheide), old cemestrys, lots of coffee bars and the "real Kreuzberg" for young people is 10 Min. away from here. I smoke sometimes (...). Sometimes we can have a dinner together, but I'm not vegetarian, but it is okay if you are of course! And I wish, that my flatmates have a good time in Berlin and that we have a good understanding. You should feel "AT HOME" for your time here. To trust each other (!!!) and to feel sympathy is important. Just to know: I'm an atheist! I prefer a person who works or study. Usually my flatmates stay always around a half until one year or longer, then there is enough time to "meet" each other. Now I have a little house on the countryside, that means, I'm often there. So you need to be okay with being alone some of the time and to take care for my plants while I am gone. I am looking for a reliable and trustworthy person.
Just for you to know: I am not in the age of my roommates, but you won't feel it so much i think. What i do think, it would be nice if you could help me with my computer stuff sometimes.
