Room in 4er WG

Hello guys!
We have a free room in a 4room WG, in a beautiful Altbau in Lichtenberg. Unfortunately, it’s not been taking care of. Meaning no renovation, but with an unique atmosphere. The flat itself is pretty big, with thick walls which give some privacy.

Right now there are three people:

Aleksandra, 26, from Ukraine, who makes music, voiceovers, pretty much into meditation, deep talks, movies, science, board games and tons of other things.

Nino, 21, from Germany, who’s super sweet and funny guy, very quiet and chilled. Enjoys to be outside, what he is most time of the day.

Kiki, 23, from Japan, loves to skate, Art, hears classic music and is also a super chilled person.

We are pretty new here, and now have a chance to create a nice community and turn the flat into a home. Ideally, we become friends to share some moments together such as cooking, chilling, whatever comes into our minds :)

It is not party WG, although we’d like to play games, cooking, going to flea markets, watching movies, or whatever comes to our minds :)
Friends and family are obviously welcome.
All of us have different diets, including meat. Most important is tidiness, cleanliness and respecting the others.

Infrastructure-wise we’re pretty well connected, even tho it’s a industrial area which is also surprisingly very alive. There are four trams, and a bus right in front of the house (M8, 18, 21, 37, and bus 256). In the early morning and late evening are also more trams such as M5, M6, and M10, but that’s not during the day. It takes about 10 mins to S Landsberger Allee, and 5 mins to S+U Lichtenberg with several S and U Bahnen.

Cold rent is 400 €, warm rent 540 €. On top of that there’s 25 € for electricity, and 20 € for the internet.
The internet is pretty expensive (80 €) because the house doesn’t have a connection to the glass fibre, but they’re already working on it so that high price is only temporary.
