The room is a living room converted bedroom, about 20m2. Fully furnished with a bed, bedding, shelves, a desk, and a closet. It has it's own personal balcony too. Really high ceilings, about 3 meters, and nearly floor to ceiling large windows.
Pictures available are still with my stuff inside (currently trying to pack and move) and will be handed over with furnishing but without any of my personal belongings and with clean walls.
It's a 8 minute walk to the local sbahn station, and it takes exactly 20 min to leave your room to get to Alexanderplatz. It's a quite and safe neighborhood, as a woman I can walk around late at night this neighborhood without troubles. Mostly families live here. My all time favorite cafe is around the corner and there grocery stores about a 10 min walk away.
The WG is for three girls in total, the other two girls are currently master students. They are also international but the shared spoken language is English. The WG life is generally quite, and we're looking for a nice and quite girl to fit in with the WG. We are not really much of partiers or smokers, and everyone helps out to keep the apartment clean.
Looking for someone to take over a rental contract (2 years-ish, ideally longer), particularly for long term renting. Anmeldung is included.
The furniture provided (desk, bedframe, clothes closet, for example) can't be thrown away without the consent of the landlord. But she is a understanding person if you speak to her respectfully.
Also we having a washing machine that is brand new!
And we have lots of essential living stuff like pots, pans, cups, plates and bowls, cooking utensils, cleaning utensils, etc.
