Hi!
I'm subletting my bright room while abroad (short term from March, 12th till April, 8th). The apartment is located in Berlin-Lichtenrade. You can reach Potsdamer Platz in 20 mins thanks to the S2-train connection (S-Bahn station Schichauweg, 6 mins walking). Within a range of 5 mins walking, there's also the bus stop of line X83 (to Steglitz and the Free University) as well as two supermarkets (Edeka and Lidl open till 9 P.M.) and a pharmacy.
I share the apartment with Minh and Maurizio, both really nice and respectful flatmates. The kitchen is well equipped with a huge fridge, herd and oven, a washer-dryer and a dishwasher, while the bathroom has a bathtub.
The bedroom is very quiet. If needed, I can provide for clean bed linen and bath towels as well as free space in the wardrobe.
The price of € 350 is comprehensive of all costs. A security deposit of € 100 is mandatory and will be wired back upon checking the room at the end of the sublet period. The total amount (€ 450) should be wired before entering the room.
