Martina ist eine enorm liebe, tiefgründige und positive Seele, die immer für einen netten Plausch in der Küche über ihrem Spezialmüsli (sie unterhält eine beeindruckte Müsli-Orgel aus verschiedenen Nüssen, Samen und Trockenfrüchten) oder abends über einem leckeren Oolong Tee zu haben ist. Sie lebt einen sehr achtsamen Alltag, ernährt sich umweltbewusst (bio und vegetarisch) und schätzt eine friedliche, ruhige Umgebung. Man kann viel von Martina lernen - besonders was Achtsamkeit, Umweltbewusstsein und Tantra anbelangt – sich über Gott, die Welt und das innere Kind unterhalten (don't tell anyone aber mit Martina zusammenleben ist die beste Therapie aller Zeiten). Gleichzeitig ist das WG-Leben enorm entspannt und ungezwungen, frei von Verurteilung für andere Ansichten und Lebensentwürfe. Oft sehen wir uns Tage oder Wochen gar nicht, weil wir beide unserer Wege gehen. Wichtig ist ein offener, respektvoller und caring Umgang, auch was die Putzsituation anbelangt (Klodeckel runtermachen, Müll rausbringen, Küche sauber hinterlassen etc. die Basics halt). Wir verzichten auf strenge Regeln, halten aber Ohren und Augen für die Bedürfnisse der anderen Person offen.

Uns ist es wichtig, dass die Stimmung passt, daher wollen wir gerne eine*n Zwischenmieter*in finden, der*die gut in die WG passt und wo der Vibe auf beiden Seiten stimmt. Da ich aktuell nicht da bin, könnten entweder Treffen mit Martina organisiert oder Zoom Calls organisiert werden.

Martina is an incredibly kind, deep and positive soul who is always available for a nice chat in the kitchen over her specialty muesli (she has an impressive muesli shelf made from various nuts, seeds and dried fruits) or in the evening over a delicious oolong tea. She lives a very mindful everyday life, eats consciously (organic and vegetarian) and appreciates a peaceful, quiet environment. You can learn a lot from Martina - especially about mindfulness, environmental awareness and tantra - talk about God, the world and the inner child (don't tell anyone but living with Martina is the best therapy ever). At the same time, flat share life is extremely relaxed and informal, free from condemnation for other views and life plans. We often don't see each other for days or weeks because we both go our separate ways. An open, respectful and caring approach is important, also with regard to the cleaning situation (take off the toilet seat, take out the garbage, leave the kitchen clean, etc., just the basics). We don't have strict rules, but we keep our ears and eyes open for the needs of the other person.

It is important to us that the atmosphere is right, so we would like to find a person who fits well into the shared flat and where the vibe is right on both sides. Since I'm not there at the moment, either meetings with Martina could be organized or zoom calls could be organized.
