Mein Name ist Carolina, und nach einigen wundervollen Jahren in dieser Wohnung werde ich bald in mein eigenes Studio ziehen. Das bedeutet, dass mein schönes Zimmer in unserer gemeinsamen Wohnung in Prenzlauer Berg zur Verfügung steht – und wir suchen jetzt jemanden, der den Mietvertrag übernimmt.

Miete: Derzeit €934/Monat
All-inclusive (Heizung, Wi-Fi, Hilfsmittel, etc.). In den 2 Jahren habe ich hier gelebt, ich habe nie mehr bezahlt als das.

Voll möbliert und komfortabel:
Das Apartment verfügt über alles, was Sie brauchen – schauen Sie sich die Fotos und die vollständige Beschreibung an.

WICHTIG: Wir sind derzeit dabei, den Mietvertrag zu verlängern, so dass sich der Preis leicht ändern kann (um 10–15 €/Monat max).

Ort:
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock (kein Aufzug 😅) eines wunderschön renovierten Gebäudes auf der Schönhauser Allee, direkt im Herzen von Prenzlauer Berg.
Ihr Zimmer gegenüber dem Innenhof — perfekt, wenn Sie Ruhe und Ruhe in der Nacht schätzen.

Hello apartment seekers!

My name is Carolina, and after some wonderful years in this flat, I’ll soon be moving into my own studio. That means my lovely room in our shared apartment in Prenzlauer Berg is becoming available — and we’re now looking for someone great to take over the lease.

🛏️ A few key details:

Rent: Currently €934/month
All-inclusive (heating, Wi-Fi, utilities, etc.). In the 2 years I’ve lived here, I’ve never paid more than that.

Fully furnished & comfortable:
