A cosy, very little single room with Anmeldung/Registration is availible! Female guests are wellcome. In the room there are: a bed, a shelf, a little table, a blue-sky-lamp. The space is small, but very comfortable! For a girl this room is a perfect place to overnight in the city! There is not a window to outside from the room. There is the big window to outside from the bathroom. The livingroom is not included, I an renting only a room – due to the Misappropriation Law in Berlin, you are only allowed to sublet 49% of the living space. That is why I arranged for you a mini kitchen with a Panasonic microwave, coffe maschine, toaster, little frigde and water cooker for your usage in front of your room.
