Hi!
I am renting my room from today for a overnight or short-term stay, as I will be travelling between Berlin and my home country until June 1st, therefore, the dates are flexible.
You will be sharing common spaces with two amazing flatmates - Viktor and Gabriel. Both of them are into music, therefore, if you have interests to, the shared kitchen area will be perfect space for sharing thoughts, having some nice talks and laughs. All of us are working and then enjoying our hobbies after work. Occasionally we have some beers and smoke in the kitchen. However, the flat is not for the party.
The flat is in Schöneberg, literally 1 min from ubahn Bülowstraße, and 4 min from Kurfurstenstraße, so the connection is super convenient! Also around there are many nice places to enjoy food or drinks, if you walk towards Potsdamer platz, there are some second-hand shops, nice cafeterias and even a gallery.
My room is 17 square metres, with a calm view to inner yard, and it's pretty warm even if you don't use heating! (feel free tho)😁 i have my baby plants, that I would be very gladful if you just could just water from time to time. There is a working table, very comfy double-bed, cheer next to window if you'd like to chill with a book, vine and smoke a cigarette.
