The apartment is 4 minutes walking from the U2 and U3 subway stations and a bus station. Tiergarten and Volkspark Wilmersdorf are right nearby. There is an Edeka and Aldi within 5 minutes walking distance.

Depending on the connection you may only need 30 minutes to get to the other side of town - Prenzlauer Berg.

We plan some of our travels together. We love to go to festivals by the Burning Man community. And we would love to have you join us!
Daria is a former founder and works for an accelerator specializing in emerging economies as a program manager. She is into art, painting, fiction, and politics. She writes lots of poems and Marina and she sometimes go to Open Mics.
Mario is doing loads of different things, he has founded several companies and his current one is supporting businesses to expand to Japan. Mario is very much into crypto, loves graphic novels and techno, and recently developed a passion for lasers!
I am Marina, hi! I founded a media outlet specializing in food technology & sustainability called Red to Green. I have a podcast (called Red to Green) and managed to make my deep passion my paying profession. Love hand standing, playing guitar, writing songs, doing aerial hoop (circus art), and having a Van in Portugal. Love traveling and I am gone a couple of months of the year.

We are all creative, a good tad crazy, and love it.

- Once each week we spend at least 1 hour working on the WG. This can be cleaning up or working on some “project” - hanging up paintings, beautifying, or fixing something.
- We have 2 adorable cats (Pepper and Spice) but they also have needs. Helping feed them, playing with them, or cleaning up after them once in a while is expected. Especially when others are out traveling.
- Every 2 weeks we have a cleaning lady come to clean the basics. We split the costs (about 40-50 Euros) based on who is there
- Plants! plants! plants! Dash and Marina work hard to grow them and keep them and we probably spend 400 Euros just on plants. So help with watering them (especially when overs are away) is required.
- We are constantly improving and working on the apartment. Things break or need a replacement or an upgrade. So if you become a permanent member we share costs.
- To become a permanent part of the Oasis you would take over some furniture from Jules, also some that is in the common space.
- Just in general being respectful of the space and contributing to it. Most furniture has been newly bought by us and we also renovated the apartment.
