Hi:)
ich bin Franzi und suche eine Zwischenmieter*in für das zweite Zimmer in meiner Wohnung.
Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer und ist sehr ruhig, sie liegt südlich vom Tempelhofer Feld in der Nähe vom S Hermannstr. Der Schillerkiez mit seinen schönen Cafés befindet sich etwa 15 Gehminuten entfernt und der nächste Supermarkt (Lidl) ist direkt um die Ecke. Das Zimmer ist ca. 14 m2 groß, geht zum Hinterhof raus und hat einen kleinen Balkon. Die Miete für den Zeitraum 15.02. – 29.02. beträgt 250 Euro. Das Zimmer ist möbliert, aber sehr basic, es gibt ein Bett, eine Leselampe, sowie ein kleines Regal für deine Sachen. Die Fotos sind nicht ganz aktuell, dort ist das Zimmer noch vollständig möbliert.
Ich bin 31 und schreibe meine Masterarbeit in Geographie, nebenbei arbeite ich noch in einem Klamottenladen. Ich singe im Chor und in einer Band und bin gerne unterwegs.
Mir ist außerdem sehr wichtig, dass die Wohnung sauber ist und es wäre toll, wenn es dir ähnlich geht.

My name is Franzi and I am renting out the second room in my apartment.
The flat has two rooms, a kitchen, bathroom and a balcony. It is situated south of Tempelhofer Feld in a quiet residential area, 15 minutes walk from S+U Hermannstraße.
The room is about 14 square meters with a balcony and faces the backyard of the building. The room is furnished but really basic, only with a bed, a small light for reading and a shelf. The rent for the room is 250 Euro for the time period 15th of February to 29th of February.
I am 31 and I am currently writing my master thesis in Geography. Besides that, I also work at a small clothing store. In my free time I sing in a choir and in a band and just like to be active and do things. To me it is also very important that the flat is kept clean and that cleanliness also matters to you.
