Hey there! My roommate is moving out and a room in a really nice atmosphere WG is available for 3 months with the possibility of extention.
The flat is located in Wedding, next to Gesundbrunnen. We have a bakery and a supermarket at 1 min walking. Also is really well connected with all the public transport to any part of the city! (Bus 255 and M27 1 mil walking- Tram 13 and 50 5 min walking- U8 a 10 min walking- Sbahn S25 and S1 at 10 min walking). Also really nice parks are around :)
About us! We are an open mind WG of 3 women and we are looking for the fourth one ;)
We have a really good relation between us and we don’t only like to live together but also share our lives with one another!
We are looking for someone who respect any culture and who is feminist, political and clean:)
Our kitchen is vegetarian and we would like to keep it like that :)
The room will be available from the 1st of March, with the possibility of extension after the 1st of June, anmeldung possible.
The price include bills. Also, the room is funrnished and the cost for it will be 200€.
We are looking for a woman who has the capacity to also become a maintenant (Good salary, permanent employment contract, good knowledge of German, guarantees in Germany…)
