Hallo! I am Isabella.
I am looking for a shared apartment. I come from Estonia and am still learning German, but no matter the language I will always communicate clearly. I have lived in rentals since I was 16 so I know the drill. I am currently in university in Berlin, learning interior architecture so creative communities are an immediate second home.
I do not smoke and all my party years are behind me, I just want to walk around discover Berlin and hang with cool people.
I am looking for a home for at least the time I am studying for (which is 3 years). I am an open minded person and I don't judge. Also as a lovely bonus - I mind my own business and expect the same back (unless freely opened of course). Whatever document you need I can make sure to get it so you also feel secure with me renting or joining your household. I am supported by my parents and I also have my own savings, I am planning to go to work when I have improved my German. I would prefer to keep the rent to 550, but if the warm rent is a bit more we can discuss. All offers are welcome, let's talk :) Danke!
