I’m Caterina (or Cate, if you prefer!), 23, born and raised in the charming city of Turin, Italy. I graduated with a Bachelor’s in Political and Social Sciences and recently made the exciting move to Berlin to start my Master’s in Sociology at FU. It’s only been three months here, but I already feel like I’m vibing with the city!

For the past few months, I’ve been living solo in a temporary apartment I got from a friend. And while it’s been nice, I’ve realized I really miss the cozy, lively energy of sharing a space with others. Coming home to friendly faces, spontaneous chats, and maybe a shared meal (or dance party?) sounds like exactly what I need right now—so here I am! :)

I could try to impress you with something super clever, but honestly, I think being real is the best way to go.

So, here’s me: I’m a bit introverted at first, but once I feel comfortable, I open up and love connecting with people. I’m always up for good conversation, but I also enjoy my own company—whether that’s chilling at home, getting lost in a book at a cozy café, wandering through exhibitions, or going on random walks.

When Berlin’s weather decides to be kind, you’ll find me outdoors—running, exploring, or just soaking up some sun. I’m into sports, second-hand shopping, photography, traveling, dancing, and cooking (especially with or for others—hint hint!). Basically, I’m always up for anything fun, spontaneous, or creative!
