welcome in Friedrichshain a special urban district in the middle of everything what your heart needs in Berlin. Galleries, bars, restaurants, flea markets, Eastside Gallery, Warschauer Bridge, TV Tower, Mauerpark, clubs, concerts, Mercedes Benz Arena the River Spree and much more is around.
· I am renting out a cozy and sunny room for one person. No men.
· It's in a typical Berlin building and not directly at the main street.
· The room has a bed and a second loft bed. Both 100*200. There is also a small cupboard, a huge wardrobe and direct view to the sunny inner yard from a little hammock, which is perfect for reading, hearing podcasts or just hangin' around.
· The Kitchen has everything what you need. Fridge, freezer, gas stove. We can use an Italian moka maker and a french press. It's up to you :)
· The bathroom is petite, has a window where sun is shining in during your shower. It is the typical Friedrichshain bath, which is integrated in the kitchen.
· WC is an extra room.
· I am searching for an open minded, calm and clean person who is working and is able to keep care of the flat. You should be very responsible.
· Even if the flat has it's old character. I prefer it clean and relaxed. If you prefer to leave your hair in the shower search for an other home of your hair saloon. Cleaning after cooking/keeping care after yourself should be a must.
· Work- or your recent matriculation papers are required. Schufa (jetzt beantragen) is good and if you study security from your parents.
· No party people please. This is an alcohol free home. I don’t smoke neither. Don‘t waste yours and my time 🙏🏽 We all will find a good flatmate match.
· I like my KIEZ. It's near East Side Gallery, Mercedes Benz Arena, Boxhagener Platz, Alexander Platz with TV Tower. Surrounded by the beautiful Rummels Bucht lake and near Treptower Park.
· Supermarkets are only a few minutes in the front of the door. Denn's organic supermarket, Rewe, Aldi, Netto, Rossmann, DM and LIDL.
· Especially the restaurants in the district are calling to try everything out.
· Public transport in the Warschauer Street: Tram in the front of the door, M10. Subway U1 Warschauer Straße and U5 Frankfurter Tor.
· If you search for a calm home, chats about life, walks around Berlin, cooking, sometimes a tea or whatever together write me.
