Hi folks,

I am Ayse and I am moving back to Berlin. This is 2 pp wg. The location is super good, close to all the supermarkets, Edeka, Penny. On Papelstrasse Rewe, Rossmann and Aleco. You can walk or / and bike to Werdersee. The road is not as busy as pappelstrasse and it is a super nice neighborhood with nice cafes and restaurants.

The room is 20 sqm. We share the big balcony with my roommate. We both have separate accesses to that balcony which is facing the street. There is a second balcony from the kitchen looking to the courtyard. It is not allowed to smoke anything in the apartment.

The apartment is 68sqm. There is also a small living room (around 8-9sqm) in the apartment. In the kitchen there is a table for two people. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a laundry room for all the apartments in the building in the basement and a bike storage and a storage room.


The cleaning schedule of the apartment is pretty important.

You will be living with Tamara in the apartment. She has been living in that apartment for a long time. She speaks German, Georgian and English. She is 35 years old and working full time at a government office.

One month rent costs around 420euro.

I am selling some of my furnitures, like bed drawer, table and chair, curtains.

I prefer someone take over the furniture.
The bed and the drawer are brand new and I bought them in March 2021.
In total bed, drawer, table, chair, curtains, cloth hanger are 300 euros.
I painted the whole room including the ceiling and the walls. They are super clean and nice.

Hallo Leute,

Ich bin Ayse und ziehe zurück nach Berlin. Dies ist 2 pp wg. Die Lage ist super gut, in der Nähe aller Supermärkte, Edeka, Penny. In der Papelstraße Rewe, Rossmann und Aleco. Sie können zu Fuß oder / und mit dem Fahrrad zum Werdersee gehen. Die Straße ist nicht so stark befahren wie die Pappelstraße und es ist ein super schönes Viertel mit netten Cafés und Restaurants.

Das Zimmer ist 20 qm groß. Den großen Balkon teilen wir uns mit meiner Mitbewohnerin. Wir haben beide getrennte Zugänge zu diesem Balkon zur Straße. Es gibt einen zweiten Balkon von der Küche zum Innenhof. In der Wohnung darf nicht geraucht werden.

Die Wohnung ist 68qm groß. In der Wohnung befindet sich auch ein kleines Wohnzimmer (ca. 8-9qm). In der Küche steht ein Tisch für zwei Personen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Für alle Wohnungen im Gebäude gibt es im Untergeschoss eine Waschküche sowie einen Fahrradkeller und einen Abstellraum.


Der Reinigungsplan der Wohnung ist ziemlich wichtig.

Sie wohnen mit Tamara in der Wohnung. Sie wohnt schon lange in dieser Wohnung. Sie spricht Deutsch, Georgisch und Englisch. Sie ist 35 Jahre alt und arbeitet Vollzeit in einem Regierungsbüro.

Eine Monatsmiete kostet rund 420 Euro.

Ich verkaufe einige meiner Möbel, wie Bettschublade, Tisch und Stuhl, Vorhänge.

Ich bevorzuge, dass jemand die Möbel übernimmt.
Das Bett und die Schublade sind nagelneu und ich habe sie im März 2021 gekauft.
Insgesamt sind Bett, Schublade, Tisch, Stuhl, Vorhänge, Kleiderbügel 300 Euro.
Ich habe den ganzen Raum einschließlich der Decke und der Wände gestrichen. Sie sind super sauber und schön.
