We are renting out a small but fully furnished room in our cozy shared house, home to four friendly and easygoing master’s students. The house is a two-story building with a spacious garage and a beautiful garden that truly comes to life in spring and summer. We have a comfortable living room where we often relax and socialize—Fridays are usually our communal night for cooking and eating together. There’s a bathroom on each floor, so things stay convenient and stress-free.

The available room is upstairs, offering privacy and comfort despite being on the smaller side. It’s fully furnished, so you can move in without any hassle.

Our neighborhood(Oberneuland) is incredibly quiet and safe, surrounded by nature, making it a peaceful place to study or unwind. At the same time, the location is quite convenient—just a 20-minute bus or bike ride to the university.

Currently, there are four of us in the house, each pursuing a master’s in different engineering fields. We enjoy chatting, cooking together, and hosting small Friday evening events, whether that’s playing board games or preparing a big, fancy meal. For house tasks, we keep things organized with a simple chore list for common areas. Open communication is important to us, and we believe in resolving any house matters with understanding and no hard feelings.
