I intend to sublet my room which I got in a 4-5 person shared WG. I am subletting it because I plan to live in Bavaria from October until December. So, I intend to sublet my WG for 3 months.
If this WG is full of tenants and if you choose to live here, you will be sharing your kitchen with 4 other tenants.
And you will be sharing the toilet and bathroom with 1 other person.
However, when I used to live there, there were no tenants at all, so I had the entire apartment to myself. Tenants come and go, so this scenario is also highly likely to happen with you that you won't have to share kitchen bathroom and toilet with anyone at all.
But be prepared for both things - having it all to yourself, as well as having to share it with other tenant.
There are 3 refrigerators in the WG and the toilet and glass showers are big enough.
Wifi is available. The room is located on the second floor which happens to be an attic. The rooms are made up of wooden ceiling, wooden floor. There is a double bed, an almirah, a wash basin, a mirror, a table, a chair inside of the room. Bedsheet and pillow isn't there. Please bring your own if you would like to live here.
Hot water is available in all taps. Window is not soundproof but it is located in a very quiet area, therefore, you will still have a good night sleep without any noise.
Landlord speaks mostly German and a little bit of English.
You would have a balcony also to sit or have your hot cup of coffee with a view.
Edeka is close and Staig Grünkraut bus stand is 800-900 meters away. Ravensburg hbf is 30 min. From bus. Wagen im Allgäu is also close.
No deposit required. Cost includes everything, no hidden and additional costs.
Rathaus is close too.
