1 room is offered in a house with 2 rooms, a big balcony, a big kitchen and toilet. I am staying in one room, you would stay in the other. Furniture (bed, desk, etc) already in the room.
Like the whole apartment, the room is relatively quiet in the direction of the green inner courtyard. The apartment is 65 square meters in total and consists of a kitchen, bathroom, washing room, balcony and one other room. The kitchen has a lot of work space, so that we could always cook in pairs or three at the same time (a lot of kitchen equipment is available including milkshake maker). In the bathroom we have a bathtub and a closet with many storage compartments.

The house is 10 - 15 min walk distance to U6, 6 minutes to GLC, 15-25 minutes walking to TUM Garching Campus. (Bike distance is 7-13 min to TUM Garching for me 😊)
There is REWE, Penny, Kick, Turkish Market and dönnershop nearby. (max 9 min walking distance)

There is every possible technological device you can think in the house 🏠😊 We have Alexa everywhere, smart lighting along the house with voice commands, security system for the main door, full kitchen including all equipments, Waschmaschine that I bought 1 month ago, dish machine, floor vacuum robot and a floor washing robot, various cleaning equipments such as window vacuums and floor vacuums. I also have projector, sound system and other items you can borrow, and we can always watch a movie 🎥 with popcorns🍿 and beer 🍻 in my room 🤩 We will also have a very big kitchen with a table and ofc plants 😊 There is a wonderful balcony with every plant you can think ☺️ I built many furnitures myself and am proud of how the balcony turned out to be 😄 Feel free to use plants for cooking but do not kill them please 🙏 There are currently some non allergic plants in your room, but in case you don't like them, I can keep them in my room.
