TUM Master's student looking for WG-room / accommodation near Garching

Hallo zusammen / Hello everyone,

My name is Fernando, I am an incoming Master’s student in Informatics at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) starting in the Winter Semester 2026/27. I am looking for a furnished or unfurnished room in a friendly and clean shared flat (WG) or apartment near Garching or with good public transport connections.

A little about me:
I am a quiet, responsible, and tidy person. I value a peaceful environment where everyone can focus on their studies/work, but I also enjoy a nice chat, cooking together, or having a casual tea/coffee in the kitchen. In my free time, I like software development, music, and learning languages. I am a non-smoker, have no pets, and take hygiene and house rules seriously.

My funding is completely secured (blocked account / proof of funds available), and I can provide all necessary documents (TUM admission letter, passport ID, proof of financial resources) immediately upon request.
