Hi and welcome to my ad! ;)
My name is Ralph and I’m doing my teaching studies in Sports and English. My flat mate is called Mojca and she’s been to Germany for Erasmus exchange which ends now. This constellation was very thankful, because I could improve my crappy English a bit and she had a little help with her research on my native language. What I’m looking for right now, is one who has something to do with English language to keep this learning process going (No worries, it’ll take you no time at all. I just wanna speak English).
In fact, the less German you can speak the better the opportunity for you to get the room.
Lukas, my second flat mate, is studying Biology and he’ll stay. Living with him is as uncomplicated as flat-sharing can be for he’s polite, clean and shows the right sense of responsibility. Oh, and he brought two cute cats!
The flat is renovated and in the center of Gießen (Gnauthstraße). The room has two big windows and a good sight. It’s furnitured (Bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, curtains) but I only have one pair of sheets. It’s better you bring your own ones.
In any case it’s always best to come ‘round and get yourself convinced of this lovely little place to be!
What else do we do?
- Have a drink in a bar
- Playing guitar
- Watching movies together
- Gaming
- Follow the sun
- Having intelligent discussions in the kitchen
- Being stupid in the kitchen
- Yes, the kitchen is our living room =)
!!!Special, important note!!!
As you might know now, it makes no sense for me to go for intermediate rent (e.g. 2-4 weeks) so please just contact me if you are planning to stay one semester minimum (4-5 months). I’m totally fine with a shorter stay but in this case, you have to care for a new tenant. Longer stay than 6 months is always fine!
Please read the information about the flat carefully to avoid double questions in writing. I’m student but still lazy af! =)
Have a nice day! Looking forward to seeing you soon!
Greetings, Ralph
