Zimmer in linkem, antirassistischem Hausprojekt

POC Mitbewohnerin* für OM10-WG gesucht
Wir suchen ab sofort eine Mitbewohnerin* für die WGs in der OM10. Es gibt eine 5er sowie eine 6er WG, wo wir jeweils noch freie Zimmer haben. Wir wünschen uns, dass ihr gerne in einer politischen Wohngemeinschaft zusammen wohnt. Zurzeit gibt es insbesondere abends viel gemeinsame Aktivitäten.
Unser schönes Haus liegt am Rande der Innenstadt. In der OM10 gibt es insgesamt ungefähr 20 Wohnplätze.
Es gibt nicht nur Wohnraum, sondern auch einige Büros von verschiedenen Gruppen wie z.B dem Refugee Network, einen Gemeinschaftsraum für Treffen im Erdgeschoss, sowie einen großen Saal, eine Teeküche sowie Gästezimmer.
Bei uns im Saal finden regelmäßig politische Treffen sowie Veranstaltungen statt. Wir beschäftigen uns viel mit antirassistischen und sozialen Kämpfen.
Die OM10 ist ein selbstverwaltetes Hausprojekt. Das Haus gehört allen, die hier leben und aktiv
sind. Das heißt, wir sind für alles selbst verantwortlich. Dafür gibt es einmal die Woche ein gemeinsames Plenum, an dem alle Bewohner*innen und Aktive teilnehmen.

POC Female* Flatmate for OM10 flatshare searched
We are searching a female flatmate for the flatshare in the OM10. There are two flatshares, one with 5 rooms and one with 6 rooms, each flatshare is searrching for new flatmates.
We hope that, you will be interested to live in a political flatshare with us! We always hang out together in the evening and enjoy our time together!

Our house is located around the city center. At the moment, there are in total around 20 people living in the OM10.

There are not only flats, but also public rooms and offices for different grous, for example, the Refugee Network.

OM10 is also a political center, where a lot of political events or exhibitions taking place. We are fighting together against racism and for a better society.

The OM10 is a self-organized house project. The house belongs to all the people, who are living here and also politically active. That means, we are responsible for everything happening around us, that is why we have weely plenaries, which all the inhabitants and people from the project participate.

Une colocataire* pour OM10 coloc recherchée
Nous cherchons une colocataire* pour la colocation OM10. Il y a deux appartements, dont un avec 5 chambres, et l’autre avec 6. Nous cherchons des nouvelles colocataires pour chaque appart. Nous espérons que ça t’intéressera d’habiter dans une colocation politique avec nous ! Nous aimons passer du temps ensemble les soirs.

Notre maison est située dans le centre ville. À présent, nous sommes environ 20 à habiter ensemble au OM10.

En plus des appartements, il y a aussi des salles et bureaux publiques pour de différents groupes, par exemple le Refugee Network.

OM10 est à la fois un centre politique, où se passe beaucoup d’événements et expositions politiques. Nous luttons ensemble contre le racisme et pour une meilleure société.

L’OM10 est un projet autonome. La maison appartient à tout le monde qui y habite et qui sont aussi actif.ve.s politiquement. C’est à dire, nous sommes responsables pour tout ce qui se passe autour de nous, ce pour quoi nous avons des assemblées hebdomadaires, où les habitant.e.s et les personnes du projet participent.
