Cozy 4-WG near to the North Campus

A room will be available in our quiet 4-person shared apartment from October 15th!

The apartment measures approximately 82sqm and is on the ground floor. We have a shared balcony on the west side. The large window makes the room very bright and you have a direct view of the garden :)

The location of the apartment is really good for students - you can get to the north campus in no time, but the clinic or the Z campus can also be reached by bike in 2 or 10 minutes/15minutes by bus.

There are Tegut, Aldi and Dm nearby, as well as several bakers and fast food shops. You can also easily reach the city center by bike!

Piet, Johanna and Maya will be your flatmates. In addition to studying, we also do sports and enjoy spending time with our friends.

Overall, our shared life is usually rather quiet, as our everyday lives are often already full. Nevertheless, it is important to us to live together harmoniously and relaxed. It is important to us that everyone feels comfortable here and enjoys living here :)

We share electricity, WiFi and GEZ, although the costs are already included in the costs above. Otherwise, we have a cleaning plan and share the basics such as spices, oil, dishwashing liquid and toilet paper. You can keep the blackout blind and the ceiling lamp in the room.

Notice:
1) It would be perfect if you're a German-speaker.
2) If you're a Bachelor student, you will get more common topics with us.
3) No party, No pet, No smoking in the flat, No drug for sure.
4) There maybe few furniture in the room, will charge some fee for existing equipment. (bed, mattress, table, chair, curtain in the room, and other shared things in the Kitchen and public areas.)
5) The rent fee may raised due to the energy cost, but not for sure.
6) It's an endless contract, if you're not the last tenant, then you can get the deposit from the next one. Otherwise you will get it from the agency directly, which costs a long time... So basically, you need to transfer the deposit to me when you sign the contract.
7) There's no more pictures about the flat, you can come and check everything in person.
