Hello this is charmi and I am leaving the apartment on the 15th of July. We are looking for someone who either wants to sublet the apartment for short term or wants to take over for longer😊.The apartment is located in Geidorf and has an old architectural charm and has high ceilings with big windows. There is ample sunlight but the apartment is still cool during the summers. It is centrally located 📍and Graz university (12 mins) , stadt park (5 mins) and hauptlatz (12-15 mins), schlossberg are at a walking distance. The closest bustop is barely 3 mins away, and the tram lines are around 8 minutes away. It is a very quite neighbourhood and if you take a stroll around you will see a lot of beautiful buildings and a lot of flowers in the front yard. For the term of the stay there is a couch and mattress and a few pillows.
A little bit about your roommates - Benjy is studying business administration, is an enthusiastic footballer and likes all kinds of sports. Pascal has only recently been in the apartment, works part-time and often plays FIFA in his room. Chrys studies production technology and organization at the FH Joanneum, so during the week he is mainly at the university, but is always up for an afternoon beer. He like to go bouldering and at the weekend he usually goes to his girlfriend in Carinthia.
The living room is very spacious and is great for inviting friends. We also have a small storage room that also acts as a minibar. Miscellaneous The total rent is 329.- per month. The price includes the rent, electricity and heating bills, as well as internet and water. We pay the household insurance together and amounts to €25 per semester. The apartment is old building, which means the ceiling is about 4m high, which makes the loft bed in the room very practical. We are looking for: a student who is comfortable, can tidy up behind him and is looking for a friendly flat share life. We offer: a very cheap apartment in a first-class location, with a balcony, a nice courtyard and a friendly shared flat. I am happy about every answer!
