The room for rent has 16sqm and is furnished with bed (200x90cm) + mattress, wardrobe, desk+ chair. (the plants are not available)
The rent includes Electricity, Internet, Heating (overuse against surcharge) etc. all in. Your seldom used belongings could be stored in the basement.
For rent is only the room mentioned above, kitchen and bathroom will be shared.
The flat is located in Hamburg Horn, Stengelestr 39, please check by yourself if the location is convenient to your university or job.
Supermarkets are 200 to 800m away (Netto/REWE/Penny/Lidl/Aldi) and a turkey greengrocer is just around the corner. Shopping Mall Billstedt is just one Metro Station away.

I prefer someone who can come over for flat viewing in person. if it is not possible, especially for the one who is not in Germany yet: I reserve the room ONLY against a reservation deposit (= 2xMonthly Rent), this money will not be returned if you wont move in at the end!!!
