I am looking for a subtenant to share my cozy 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of Maastricht, right by the Maas. If you’re looking for a quiet and well-maintained place to stay while focusing on your studies, this could be a great fit!

About the apartment:
💰 Rent: Approx. €610/month all inclusive. I’m happy to provide a detailed cost breakdown if needed. Just let me know!  
🛏 Your room: The room in the photos is currently fully furnished, but only the bed (option to bring your own mattress), closet, desk & desk chair will stay. You’re welcome to add your own personal touch and furnish the space as you like!
🚪 Shared spaces: Kitchen & bathroom (no living room).

📍 Location: Rechtsstraat (3rd floor) – just 5 minutes from Plein 1992 (Albert Heijn, Centre Céramique) and a 10-minute walk to the city center.

A little bit about me:
I’m Vicky, from Germany, 26 years old and currently doing my Pre-Master in Learning & Development at SBE. I love going for coffee & cake, shopping, taking long walks, and enjoying an Aperol or Wine in good company. 🍷☀️ I appreciate a friendly and relaxed home atmosphere where everyone respects each other’s space.
