Furnished room at Adelbert van Scharnlaan

Nice room located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment at Adelbert van Scharnlaan, in the neighbourhood of Heer. The location is ideal for students looking at studying at one of the Randwyck faculties as they are only at a short 5 minutes biking distance. The central station of Maastricht and the inner-city centre faculties are also at a short biking distance (roughly 10 to 12 minutes by bike). Public transportation is also available in the same street.

The aparmtent consists of a large living area (entirely furnished), with a dining area and a separate kitchen. The kitchen features a gas stove, cooking equipment, and a has a separate laundry room with washing machine. On the first floor, there is also an access to the terrace and there is a large terrace on the ground floor where you can also store your bike safely.

Next to the kitchen there is also a toilet. On the second floor of the house there is the bathroom with an extra toilet, a sink, and a shower.

The room itself features a nice laminate floor, double glazed windows, and is in a really neat condition.

You will share the communal areas with 4 other students (all girls at the moment).

What we liked about this accommodation:

We loved the fact that there is a nice terrace which you can also used in bad weather as it is covered. There is also a huge terrace on the ground floor.
We liked the house was very clean as well as the facilities

What to keep in mind if you rent this apartment:
Things to keep in mind that there are only 5 bike racks at the bike, so you maximum store one bike per person.
One more thing, there is no cleaning service included, but the cleaning is arranged by the tenants and really impressed us as the house was in a perfect state when we inspected it.
