Hey, I am offering a furnished room in a recently fully renovated apartment. It has a big bed and closet and is very spacious, so there is enough space for furniture you might want to bring with you. The apartment is equiped with its own washing/drying machine in the bathroom, which is also renovated. The kitchen has all the essentials, including a dishwasher. There is also a cellar compartment in the building.
The location is nicely connected to the city centre, Hauptbahnhof and the U4,U5 lines with a tram. There is also a direct bus to the Studentenstadt U6 station which makes it easy to commute to Garching. Closeby is also the SBahn station Johanneskirchen, which connects you to the airport fast. The neighborhood is nice and calm with variety of supermarkets and other stores at walking distance (5-10 minutes), as well as restaurants, cafes, a gym and different sport clubs nearby. The northern part of Englischer Garten is also at walking distance.
Your flatmate would be another girl, Hannah (22), studying at TUM. She is a nice girl, who likes to do activities (like watching movies etc) together but also thinks that personal space is important. The most important part to her about living together is good communication about potential issues. Keeping a tidy space and good hygiene are also key.
