Hey there!
I’m leaving my room in my shared appartment until the end of my contract. I am moving with my girlfriend, so the room will be empty from first of March until end of July.
The room is really big and during day is well illuminated. Queen size bed, sofa, wardrobe. The living room has another sofa and two couches, TV. In the kitchen you can find a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven… Really well equipped.
The appartment is located in Maxvorstadt, near to Sankt Benno cathedral. It’s 5 minutes from U1 Stieglmeierplatz (which is one stop from Hauptbahnof) and 12 minutes from U2 Theresienstraße. There is a Lidl, Penny, Dm and a huge Edeka 5 minutes on foot from the appartment. There is also a Fit Start fitnesstudio - Subscription available at a cheaper price-.
I share this WG with two classmates, Andres and Devansh, from Mexico and India, respectively. Andres is moving out, too, so there will be another room with similar size available. We get along really well and there is always someone home to have a little chat or drink a beer.
I am looking preferably for students. I offer Anmeldung. I am open for online viewing, but preferably someone that can come to visit the room and I can get to know a bit before.
