Hello everyone!
We have a 15 sqm room available in our lovely shared apartment and are looking for a female flatmate to join us. The room is bright and fully furnished, featuring a comfortable desk, chair, armchair, and storage space. The large window brings in lots of natural light, and the wooden flooring adds to the cozy atmosphere.
The apartment is well-located (4 minutes to U5 Laimer Platz), with good public transport connections, supermarkets, and cafes nearby. You will be sharing the flat with friendly and respectful roommates who enjoy a balance between socializing and personal space.
We are looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and enjoys a harmonious living environment. If you're interested, feel free to send us a message with a short introduction about yourself!
Joerstrasse 16, Munich. It only takes 4 minutes by foot to U5 Laimer Platz. Additionally, there are various bus connections (151, 51, etc).
A bit about us:
Frieder is German and is going to start his Master studies at LMU soon. Johannes is also German and is doing his Master in business administration. Rebecca is Italian and is working for a luxury brand in Munich. We get along really well and like to occasionally have a meal together or go out. We also respect each other's privacy and alone time.
An earlier move-in date is possible. I would also like to leave the nightstand and the bookshelf (both from ikea, can be seen on the pictures) for the price of 100 euros.
