DEUTSCH:
Zimmer Richtung Ost im 1. Stock eines Reihenmittelhaus in Pasing. Es ist mit Bett, Schrank, , Schreibtisch und Stuhl ausgestattet, falls gewünscht.
ENGLISH:
The room has a bed, a wardrobe, a small desk, chair and bedside table. The extra costs of 45€ includes the cleaning service for the common areas once every two weeks. The room faces East in the first floor in a cosy townhouse in Pasing/Laim. There is a single bed, desk and chair. The WG has a washing machine and dryer in the cellar and in the kitchen a gas stove, dishwasher, oven and microwave.
DEUTSCH:
Willibaldstr. in der nähe Willibaldplatzes. Sehr gute Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, Tram 19 Richtung Hauptbahnhof/Zentrum und Pasing (neu ab 14.12.2013) in 4 Gehminuten. Bus in 2 Gehminuten zu S-bahn Laim.
Alle wichtigen Geschäfte (Tengelmann, Bäckerei, Pfister, Rossmann am Willibaldplatz. Lidl, Aldi, Tengelmann in der Landbergerstr.) sind in Fussnähe. In wenigen Minuten mit Tram 19 ist man in Pasing Zentrum mit grossen Einkaufszentrum und Bioladen.

Willibaldstr. close to Willibaldplatz. Very good connection to public transport. 4 minutes walking (slowly) to Tram 19 stop at the Willibaldplatz that brings you in less than 20 min to downtown and also in few minutes to Pasing and the Pasing Shopping mall. Westbad public swimming pool and Wellness is also very close, just a tram stop away.
Lidl, Aldi, Tengelmann, Macdonals, Hopfpfister Brot, organic shops, pharmacy, etc are very very close to the house. We have a Fitness First very close to the house.
DEUTSCH: Die WG Bewohner sind im Moment ein Spanier ( Student der TUM), ein Rumäne (Selbständig) und eine Deutsche Pharmazeutin, die in einer Apotheke arbeitet. Ab August wird es eine 4er WG.
ENGLISH: People sharing now: A spanish TUM student, a rumanian (free lancer) and a german Pharmacist. All roommates are excellent and very nice people, talkative and social. After August the WG will become a 4 person WG. The Pharmacist will move to Berlin. So the future components of the WG after the sommer will be new people.
The house roof will be renovated this sommer, sometime after August. That's why the rent is limited to one month. If there are delay in the renovation, the stay could be prolonged. After the renovation the rent could be continued. The WG is 4 years old.
