My name is Jessie, and I am a 26-year-old Australian moving to München on July 1st, 2025, on a Working Holiday Visa. I am a qualified and experienced primary school teacher, specializing in STEM education and Visual Arts. I will be seeking work as an educater while in Deutschland and have sufficient savings to cover my living expenses during this time.

I am looking for a 1-bedroom flat with an initial 6-month lease, with the possibility of extending. I am a responsible, quiet, and tidy tenant, a non-smoker, and have no pets. I highly value a clean and well-maintained living environment. I enjoy cooking, travelling and meeting new people. I spent 8 months in Europe, in 2024, travelling around 29 countries and fell in love with Bavarian Deutschland. I am learning Deutsch, and would like a safe and central location with good public transport connections.
