Hi, I sublet my room from the 1st of September to the 30th of June, 2024. It has a small kitchen and bathroom inside the flat. The washing machine and the dryer are on the same floor outside(Using them is free for tenants).
The room will be furnished with a bed, mattress, closet, desk, chair, two cabinets, shoe closet, two clothes drying racks, and curtains. The room is originally not furnished, but I am leaving my furnitures in the room and I want them to be returned in good condition after I am back(I would like to ask 100 euros for the deposit, and this will be returned to you at the end of the contract).
The studentenwohneim Salzmarkt is located in Salzmarkt, Osnabrück, which takes around 10 minutes on foot to Innenstadt. It is very close to AI gym and Edeka schröder(supermarket). Distance to Universität/Schloss is 1.1 km, and to Hochschulen Westerberg is 3.3 km. Osnabrück Hauptbahnhof(train station) is located in 15 min distance on foot.
