I am renting out my room in my 3-room WG for the summer! The dates are negotiable. The only thing I would ask is that you please water my plants while I‘m gone 😅 I love this room, it’s very spacious, sunny, and has a nice view of the mountains. If you close your door, you will barely hear anything from the other rooms. I have a bed and bedside table, desk, wardrobe, electric piano, plenty of shelves, couch and coffee table, and a table to eat by yourself or with friends. My couch is very precious to me, so I would just ask that you take good care of it 🥹 I love this room! I‘m sure you’ll like it too :)
We are located in Salzburg Süd, right off of the Alpenstraße. There is a shopping center about 10 mins away by foot where you can get everything you need. We also have many different grocery stores all located 5-10 mins away. The bus stop is only 3 mins away from our apartment, and you only need about 10-15 minutes to get into the city with bus. By bike, about 15. We are very close to the Salzach River and Hellbrünner Allee which is a great place to go for a walk. I love how residential our area is even though we are still super close to the city center.
I live with two roommates. Katalin is studying at the Mozarteum. She’s from Spain and speaks English, German, and Spanish perfectly. She’s always open to talk and we always have fun conversations, although usually quite busy and isn’t home a lot. Elisabeth (Liesl) is a student at the Nawi. She is more on the quiet side but is also often open to chat or have a drink together. She speaks German and English. Lately she hasn’t been home as much because she’s been helping her family with some things. We all get along well and mostly do our own thing. One of us cleans the apartment once a week.
We have a bathroom, kitchen, a big basement where we can store things like bikes, a general garden, and our own smaller garden space.
