The apartment is 132 m² and is very centrally located. In addition to the 4 rooms, there is a large kitchen (no dishwasher) with a dining table, two bathrooms, one shower/bathtub, and a washing machine. The apartment also has a small balcony that can be reached by everyone via the hallway. A separate room for bicycles or other items is available in the basement.

The room is 33m2 and it has a lot of light thanks to the corner window.
The room comes with NO furniture, maybe some stuff could be provided but would be a last minute call 🌱

Die Lage ist unglaublich, da wir uns im Zentrum von Salzburg befinden. Die Linzergasse und der Mirabellplatz sind 5-10 Gehminuten entfernt, so super in der Nähe aller Bars und Restaurants 🙏🏼
Den Bahnhof erreichen Sie ebenfalls in ca. 10 Gehminuten. Die Buslinie 2, die über den Bahnhof direkt zum Flughafen führt, liegt direkt vor der Tür. Alle großen Supermärkte wie Interspar, Hofer, Billa, Lidl, Penny und Norma sind 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Wir haben auch Taj Mahal um die Ecke, falls Sie Lust auf ein indisches Essen auf einem Hangover Sonnentag ;)

The location is incredible as we are located in the center of Salzburg. Linzergasse and Mirabellplatz are a 5-10 minute walk away, so super close to all bars and restaurants 🙏🏼
You can also reach the train station in about 10 minutes on foot. Bus line 2, which goes directly to the airport via the train station, is right in front of the door. All major supermarkets such as Interspar, Hofer, Billa, Lidl, Penny and Norma are a 5-10 minute walk away.

We also have Taj Mahal around the corner in case you fancy some indian food on a hangover sunday ;)

The living situation is very relaxed. We dont usually do parties or bring a lot of people home as we want to respect everyone’s peace. Of course, inviting friends for dinner is possible, we just ask in the chat :)
We have an open doors policy, we are very close and have more of a ‘community’ living situation 💖🫱🏼‍🫲🏽 we have a cleaning schedule but we never need to remind each other of cleaning, and we never leave the kitchen dirty ‘for later’ - therefore someone who is as clean as us, is mandatory 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

Currently we are just spanish speakers at home, but this is not a requirement.

Clara (27) is chilean, works full time and is very active so when she is home she likes to chill. She is always skiing, going to ibk, owns a lot of plants that are around the house, and loves to cook for everyone! 🌱

Sofia (24) and Cristina (24) are both from Spain, and both are teacher assistants. They are always going out and enjoying the city, so they will welcome you with open arms to join them for drinks outside. They are active, funny and very friendly!

We moved out while renovation happened, so we will all be moving in again to the apartment. Therefore the photos are from BEFORE the renovation, and we are missing a photo from the new WC.

FINAL PRICE to be confirmed with the new electricity bill after moving in. But it will be around that or less
