Looking for a bright and large room in shared flat 01.07.2025 - Stuttgart WEST

Hello!
Prisca here (32), Ph.D student in NLP at Uni Stuttgart (Vaihingen).
I’ve now been living in Stuttgart for the past 6.5 years; I have called home Stuttgart West for 5.5 years and I'd like to keep it that way, it's my favorite neighborhood and Karlshöhe is my to-go place in town when I need to recharge, get some fresh air, contemplate the sunset! I currently live in the Feuersee area, in a 5-(working)-people WG so you can tell I’m used to WG life. Unfortunately our WG is dissolving for renovations so I’m looking for my next home!

A few words about me:
I’m not a party person, however I’m an avid dancer of Bachata so whenever I'm not working you’ll find me listening to bachata music and practicing moves, going social dancing in Stuttgart (there’s a pretty awesome community!) or traveling to dance festivals. I am quite shy with my German (which I can understand a lot more than I speak), but I fluently speak French, English, Spanish and Italian.
Besides dancing, I like painting, working out (mainly Pilates, Yoga), hiking, traveling, drinking wine, hanging out with friends… I would usually be down for trying anything new!
I’m not a huge cook, even less baker, only because I decide to not spend too much time for this activity, but I do enjoy cooking with others and sharing a meal with my roommate(s)/friends! If I have friends over, you would most definitely be welcome to join us, the more the merrier as one thing that fills my heart is connecting people together! I have lots of international friends since I have lived/worked within an international environment for the past 14 years now.
I have a pretty busy schedule between my PhD, exercising, dancing and my dance classes, hanging out with my boyfriend and friends, but I like to go home and know I can always chat with my roommates, share a meal and/or a drink. I'm also always in for trying restaurants/cafés, so this is also something I'd be super happy to do with you!

If you think we share a similar lifestyle and WG culture and that I could be a good addition to your WG, I'd very much like to visit your flat and meet you in person. Just give me a few info about your flat, WG and the tenants, type of contract you have for the WG and how the general relationship with the landlords is, and I'd be more than happy to set up a meeting time and day!

Ideally, I would like to move in July since my current contract ends in June.
