Two rooms are available in a partly furnished shared appartment at Matfriedstasse2, Uebach-Palenberg.
The rooms are private and you need to share restroom and kitchen with other two people. The appartment is equipped with washing machine and dishwasher.
Your room mates are Indians who speak Telugu, Hindiand little german.
Room rent for first room is 240Euro with 400 caution amount.This room is equipped with small wardrobe.
Room rent for second room is 280 Euro with 400 caution amount.The second room is comparitively bigger with sofa and big wardrobe equipped.
The contract is available on permanent basis.
