Gemütliches, kleines Zimmer im 2.Bezirk (Karmeliterplatz)/cozy little room in the 2nd district(Karmeliterplatz)

Hallo hallo,

Wir suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner oder eine neue Mitbewohnerin für unsere gemütliche WG im Herzen des 2. Bezirks!

Ein paar Eckdaten:
6qm voll möbliert mit großen Fenstern, Altbau 2. Stock mit Fahrstuhl, im 2. Bezirk Ecke Taborstraße / Karmelitergasse, also beste Lage. Küche voll ausgestattet inklusive Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler, Bad und WC sind getrennt. Miete sind 350€/Monat alles inklusive. Ablöse 350€.

Details zum Zimmer:
Das Zimmer ist mit 6qm zwar klein, aber da wir im Altbau leben haben super hohe Decken (ca. 3,80m), weshalb das Bett ein Hochbett ist und man so viel Platz spart. Im Flur gibts außerdem extra einen separaten offenen, großen Wandschrank, in dem man seine Klamotten etc. einräumen kann, dann muss man die nicht im kleinen Zimmer haben. Im Zimmer stehen ein Schreibtisch, ein Bürostuhl, das Hochbett (dafür fällt die Ablöse nicht an, das ist WG Eigentum), eine neue Matratze, einige kleine Regale. Dafür wünscht sich der Vormieter eine Ablöse von 350€. Die Fenster sind nach Westen in einen ruhigen Innenhof ausgerichtet. Da das Zimmer an direkt an die Küche anschließt solltest du nicht geräuschempfindlich sein.

Lage und Anbindung:
WU mit dem Fahrrad 12 Minuten, TU mit dem Fahrrad 15 Min, U Taborstraße (U2) zu Fuß 5min, U Nestroyplatz (U1) 5min zu Fuß, Schwedenplatz (U1, U4, zahlreiche Busse und Bims), Donaukanal und Innere Stadt 5min zu Fuß, direkt vor der Tür 2er Bim und 5A Bus. Man kommt also an jede Uni sehr schnell mit den Öffis. Supermärkte sind direkt vor der Tür (Billa, Spar, Hofer), und auch im Augarten Park ist man zu Fuß in gerade mal 10 Minuten. Eine der besten Locations Wiens!

Die Mitbewohner:
Du würdest mit drei Mitbewohnern zusammen wohnen, alle super lieb und cool (sagen wir von uns selbst 🤓) Zwei Dudes und ein Mädel im Alter zwischen 25 und 31, teils noch am studieren, teils schon am Arbeiten.

Felix ist 31 Jahre alt, arbeitet in der IT und ist in seiner Freizeit gerne im Grünen unterwegs, oder in den vielen Bars der Umgebung zu finden. Seine Freundin hat einen Hund, also wäre es gut wenn du Hunde magst.

Niklas ist 25 Jahre und studiert den Mathematik Master. Er klettert leidenschaftlich gerne, am Wochenende trifft man ihn gerne mit seiner Zeitung und einem Kaffee (da ist er Purist, nur Bialetti) am Küchentisch.

Nina ist 27, arbeitet auch in der IT, und macht in ihrer Freizeit viel Sport. Außerdem kocht sie super gerne (in riesigen Mengen, da fällt also auch öfter mal was für andere ab :D ). Sie hütet auch hin und wieder mal den Hund einer ehemaligen Mitbewohnerin ein, also again, wenn du hundebegeistert bist ist das ein Plus.

Wir sind keine Zweck WG (einen Putzplan gibts aber trotzdem haha), sondern machen auch oft was zusammen, gehen an die Alte Donau schwimmen am Wochenmde, an den Donaukanal unter der Woche abends auf ein Bier, Kochen, Spritzerstand, und planen auch mal einen Trip ins Umland :D

We are looking for a new flatmate for our cosy shared flat in the heart of the 2nd district!

A few key facts:
6sqm fully furnished with large windows, old building 2nd floor with lift, in the 2nd district corner Taborstraße / Karmelitergasse, so best location. Fully equipped kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher, bathroom and WC are separate. Rent is 350€/month all inclusive. Transfer fee 350€.

Details about the room:
The room is quite small with 6sqm, but since we live in an old building we have super high ceilings (approx. 3,80m), which is why the bed is a loft bed and you save a lot of space. There is also a separate open, large wardrobe in the corridor where you can store your clothes etc., so you don't have to keep them in the small room. In the room there is a desk, an office chair, the bunk bed (there is no charge for this, it is shared property), a new mattress and some small shelves. The previous tenant wants a transfer fee of €350 for this. The windows face west into a quiet inner courtyard. As the room is directly adjacent to the kitchen, you should not be sensitive to noise.

Location and public transport connections:
WU 12 minutes by bike, TU 15 minutes by bike, U Taborstraße (U2) 5 minutes on foot, U Nestroyplatz (U1) 5 minutes on foot, Schwedenplatz (U1, U4, numerous buses and Bims), Donaukanal and Innere Stadt 5 minutes on foot, right outside the door 2er Bim and 5A bus. So you can get to any university very quickly by public transport. Supermarkets are right outside the door (Billa, Spar, Hofer), and Augarten Park is just a 10-minute walk away. It‘s honestly one pf the best locations in Vienna!

The flatmates:
You would be living with three flatmates, all super nice and cool (so we say about ourselves 🤓). Two dudes and a girl aged between 25 and 31, some still studying, some already working.

Felix is 31 years old, works in IT and likes to spend his free time out and about in the countryside or in one of the many bars in the neighbourhood. His girlfriend has a dog, so it would be good if you like dogs.

Niklas is 25 years old and is studying for a Master's degree in mathematics. He is passionate about climbing, and at the weekend you can find him at the kitchen table with his newspaper and a coffee (he's a purist, only Bialetti).

Nina is 27, also works in IT and does a lot of sport in her free time. She also loves cooking (in huge quantities, so there's often something left over for others :D ). She also looks after a former flatmate's dog from time to time, so again, if you're a dog lover that's a plus.

We're not a purpose-built flat share aka „Zweck-WG“ (but there's still a cleaning plan haha), but we often do things together, go swimming at the Old Danube on weekends, to the Danube Canal during the week in the evening for a beer, cooking, a spritzer stand, and sometimes plan a trip to the surrounding area :D
