Zwischenmiete Sep – Dez im 2. Bezirk

Hallo hallo,
Für die Zeit meines Auslandssemesters suche ich eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für mein wunderschönes Zimmer im 2. Bezirk!

Ein paar Eckdaten:
23qm voll möbliert mit großen Fenstern nach Osten ausgerichtet, Altbau 2. Stock mit Fahrstuhl, im 2. Bezirk Ecke Taborstraße / Karmelitergasse, also beste Lage. Küche voll ausgestattet inklusive Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler, Bad und WC sind getrennt. Fahrradstellplatz im Innenhof oder an der Straße. Miete sind 560€/Monat alles inklusive. Verfügbar 17.09. bis 28.12.

Lage und Anbindung:
WU mit dem Fahrrad 12 Minuten, U Taborstraße (U2) zu Fuß 5min, U Nestroyplatz (U1) 5min zu Fuß, Schwedenplatz (U1, U4, zahlreiche Busse und Bims), Donaukanal und Innere Stadt 5min zu Fuß, direkt vor der Tür 2er Bim und 5A Bus. Man kommt also an jede Uni sehr schnell mit den Öffis. Supermärkte sind direkt vor der Tür (Billa, Spar, Hofer), und auch im Augarten Park ist man zu Fuß in gerade mal 10 MInuten.

Die Mitbewohner:
Du würdest mit meinen drei Mitbewohnern zusammen wohnen, alle super lieb und cool! Zwei Dudes und ein Mädel im Alter zwischen 25 und 29, teils noch am studieren, teils schon am Arbeiten. Dazu gibts Mia, eine ruhige, verschmuste Golden Retriever Hündin. Wir sind keine Zweck WG (einen Putzplan gibts aber trotzdem haha), sondern machen auch oft was zusammen, gehen an die Alte Donau schwimmen am WE, an den Donaukanal unter der Woche abends auf ein Bier, Kochen, Spritzerstand, und planen auch mal einen Trip ins Umland :D

Nichtraucher only bitte. Ich hab ein paar Topfpflanzen wo es nett wäre, wenn man die hin und wieder gießen würde, aber die sind robust, mich haben sie bisher ja auch überlebt :D

intermediate rent Sep - Dec in the 2nd district

Hello hello,

For the time of my semester abroad I am looking for an interim tenant for my beautiful room in the 2nd district!

A few key data:
23sqm fully furnished with big windows facing east, old building 2nd floor with a lift, in the 2nd district, corner Taborstraße / Karmelitergasse, so best location! Toilet is separate from the bathroom, the kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher snd washing machine. Bycycle storage in the yard or on the street. Rent is 560€/month all inclusive. Available 17.09. to 28.12.

Location and infrastructure:
WU Business University is only 12 minutes by bike, U Taborstraße (U2) 5min walk, U Nestroyplatz (U1) 5min walk, Schwedenplatz (U1, U4, numerous buses and Bims), Donaukanal and Innere Stadt 5min walk, directly in front of the door Bim No 2 and 5A bus. So you can get to any university very quickly by public transport. Supermarkets are right outside the door (Billa, Spar, Hofer), and to Augarten Park you can walk in just 10 minutes.

Flat mates:
You would live with my three flat mates, all super sweet and cool! Two dudes and a girl between the ages of 25 and 29, partly still studying, partly already working. In addition there is Mia, a calm, cuddly Golden Retriever. We are not a “purpose WG” (but there is a cleaning schedule anyway haha), but often do something together, like going to the Old Danube swimming on the weekends, to the Danube Canal during the week in the evening for a beer, cooking, to bars etc :D

Non-smokers only please. I have a few potted plants so it would be nice if you would water them now and then, but they are pretty tough given they have survived me so far :D
