The room is approximately 23 m² in size and located in a renovated period building. It features high ceilings and is very bright thanks to two large windows facing the street and the botanical garden. Street noise is only faintly audible, and I don’t find it disturbing at all.
Thanks to its direct proximity to Rennweg, the apartment is extremely well connected to public transportation. Wien Mitte (U3, U4) is only 4 minutes away via a direct train connection, and Praterstern (U1, U2) can be reached in just 6 minutes. Additionally, tram lines 71 and 0 stop right in front of the building, providing quick access to the city center.
The Botanical Garden and Schloss Belvedere with its palace gardens are just a 2-minute walk away—perfect for relaxed strolls. All major supermarkets (Billa, Hofer, Lidl, Spar) are within a 5-minute walking distance.
The shared apartment life is relaxed: Cristian (M, 26) works full-time in consulting, and Blanka (F, 23) is currently finishing her Master’s in Sustainability Management. We value clean and tidy common areas—something we usually maintain with the help of our cleaning schedule. From time to time, we do things together—mostly playing board games or going out for drinks.
