WG-Zimmer nähe Karlsplatz

Hi!
We are Horia, Matus and Simon and we are looking for a new flat mate from the beginning of May as Cezary is leaving us this april. You will move in his bright room, it has for sure the best view in the appartment. He will leave you some furniture (bed, closet, shelves, …), everything in good condition. Your room is facing towards the street but the windows are quite sound-proof.

In our flat we share a kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet and a storage room. Further there is a storage opportunity in the basement. We are living in the top most floor (6th floor, lift available) and have a nice view over Vienna.

The three of us enjoy an uncomplicated and relaxed flat-life. We value a healthy portion of tidiness and cleanliness but are no cleaning fanatics.
Living with us you will enjoy both a quite room for yourself as well as enjoyable chats when one meets in the floor or kitchen. Occasionally we play board games together or have some beer/cocktails /soft drinks. Quite regularly, we like to go bouldering in the nearby Blockfabrik. You are welcome to join but of course don't feel obliged to do so.

The flat is perfectly located in the 4th district with many restaurants and coffee places nearby. The U1 stop Taubstummengasse is just around the corner and with just a bit of walking you can also reach places like the oldtown or the central station by foot.

Hallo!

Wir, das sind Horia, Matus und Simon, suchen ab Anfang Mai eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*In weil Cezary uns Ende April verlässt. Er hinterlässt dir ein helles Zimmer in unserer WG mit einigen Möbeln (Bett, Kleiderschrank, Regale,…) in gutem Zustand. Das freie Zimmer ist straßenseitig, jedoch sind die Fenster gut schall-isoliert.

Darüber hinaus teilen wir uns in der WG eine Küche, ein Bad, ein Klo sowie einige Abstellmöglichkeiten in der Abstellkammer, unserem Flur und im Kellerabteil. Wir wohnen im Dachgeschoss (6. Etage, Lift verfügbar) und haben aus der Wohnung einen schönen Ausblick über Wien.

Wir drei pflegen ein lockeres und gemeinschaftliches Zusammenleben. Wir schätzen ein entspanntes Umfeld, ein gesundes Maß an Ordnung, eine gute Mischung aus Ruhe im eigenen Zimmer und netten kleinen Gesprächen wenn man sich mal in der Küche trifft. Gelegentlich spielen wir ein paar Brettspiele, gehen aus oder Trinken ein Bier/einen Cocktail/einen Softdrink. Darüber hinaus gehen wir regelmäßig in der 15min entfernten Blockfabrik bouldern, wobei du dich gerne anschließen kannst aber natürlich nicht musst.

Unsere WG liegt wunderbar zentral im 4. Bezirk zwischen vielen Cafés und Restaurants. Der U1-Halt Taubstummengasse ist direkt um die Ecke und mit kleinem Fußweg kommt sogar ohne die Öffis in die Innenstadt oder zum Hauptbahnhof.
